Students from the Makerere University Technology and Innovation Centre (MUTIC)’s E-Mobility Skilling Programme proudly participated in the National E-Mobility Expo, organized by Kiira Motors Corporation in Jinja.
The event offered a dynamic platform for students to engage with industry leaders, innovators, and experts in the electric mobility space. Through discussions, exhibitions, and networking sessions, participants gained valuable insights into the future of sustainable transportation and green innovation in Uganda.
This experience underscores the power of practical learning and the UniPod’s commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry. We commend our students for their enthusiasm and innovation — and extend appreciation to Kiira Motors, UNDP Uganda, and timbuktoo Africa for supporting this transformative initiative.
